REVIMIT Energy Labs OÜ (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our website, www.revimit.com (“Website”).

This privacy notice explains how REVIMIT Energy Labs OÜ processes personal data when you use our online shop and when we fulfil your orders. We process data only on an appropriate legal basis: to perform a contract, to meet a legal obligation, on the basis of legitimate interest, or with your consent where that is required.

When you use our Website, we may collect personal data, including but not limited to:

2.3 Wholesale onboarding (business customers only)

If your company applies for a wholesale account, we additionally collect, at the point you sign our supply contract:

your company’s registered name, registry code, VAT number and registered address;
the name, email and phone number of the contact person;
the name you type as your signature and the signature you draw on screen;
a photograph of your identity document, which we use solely to confirm that the person signing is entitled to sign for the company;
the date and time of signing, your IP address and browser identification, and a cryptographic fingerprint of the exact contract text you agreed to.

Why we may process this: to enter into and perform the supply contract with your company (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in verifying signing authority before extending credit terms (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How it is protected: the signature image and the identity document are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and stored outside any publicly served directory. They are never sent by email, never published, and can only be opened by our own staff from our administration system, where each access is logged. We will never ask you for an identity document by email or over the phone — only inside your signed-in account.

How long we keep it: the photograph of the identity document is deleted automatically 12 months after we have decided on your application (approved, rejected or the contract revoked), and earlier if you ask us once the check is complete. After deletion we keep only a cryptographic fingerprint (SHA-256) of the file, which cannot be turned back into the image, as proof of what was checked. The signed contract, your typed and drawn signature and the signing record are kept for as long as the wholesale relationship lasts and for 7 years afterwards, matching the retention period Estonian law requires for accounting records.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

To process and fulfill your orders
To improve our Website and user experience
To communicate with you regarding orders, promotions, and updates
To comply with legal obligations
To detect and prevent fraudulent activities
To show what delivery to your country costs and to preselect it at checkout: our own server looks up which country your IP address belongs to in the DB-IP “IP to Country Lite” database. 4. Who We May Share Personal Data With

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with the following recipients:

Service providers: Payment processors, shipping providers, and marketing platforms.
Address search at checkout: to suggest complete addresses, the text you type in the address field is sent, as you type, to an address lookup service: the Estonian Land and Spatial Development Board (Maa- ja Ruumiamet, In-ADS address register) for addresses in Estonia, and Photon, operated by komoot GmbH in Germany, for other countries. Only the typed text is sent, not your name, email or order. Because the request is made by your browser, the service also receives your IP address. You do not have to use the suggestions: you can type your address in full instead.
Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights.
Business transfers: In case of mergers, acquisitions, or business restructuring.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, no online transmission or storage method is 100% secure. We encourage users to take necessary precautions to protect their personal information.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies that the shop needs to work and, depending on your choice, analytics and marketing cookies. Optional cookies are only set with your consent. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer, and manage cookies in your browser.
